So I have to tell you about my amazing realtors Justin Glasser and Trace Sowerby... these two really know how professional realtors do it right. Justin popped by in December and I said, "Hey, I need to move." He said, "Ok, let's make it happen. Here's a list of what should be done and people to call to make it happen."

January - list done (new paint, blinds, carpets, de-cluttered). Then Trace comes in and makes the place look extra awesome with artwork, bedding, flowers and plants. Photos taken, place is listed, Justin and Trace promote and show, show, show the place. Three weeks and three offers later, the place is sold. Then Trace and Justin take me shopping. A week later, my new place is bought.

February - time to pack, plan, order, schedule, organize, and purge while balancing my work life. Justin and Trace are right there, answering all my questions and responding to requests... in minutes. They truly made me feel like I was their only client but I knew I wasn't. They are thorough, really care about what they do, and I felt like I was interacting with friends, not people I hired. Not only that, one of the pieces of artwork Trace had loaned me during staging, that I really loved... she says, "You keep it." Wow.

March - in the new place. Justin was out of town but Trace walks me into my new place. She really cares... she was even willing to take trash the previous owner left behind. She stays with me to walk around and get myself oriented around the building, and she leaves me with a beautiful handmade wooden peppermill made by her very skilled dad. It just goes to show that they are clued in to what people need and they delivered.
